🎁 Details about the gift voucher
The numbered gift voucher can be requested by email every year between 1 January and 30 September at:
Every year between 1 October and 31 December, it is also possible to purchase the gift voucher directly through our webshop. In this case, the numbered gift voucher will be sent to you by email within 48 hours after the successful completion of your purchase.
The gift voucher can be used for one year from the date of purchase.
The gift voucher can be used for any of our workshops, as well as for purchasing objects in our Showroom.
‼️ How to redeem the voucher
Redeeming the gift voucher is simple, but it is important to follow the correct process.
If the recipient would like to use their gift voucher, they can register only by email at:
In the email, they need to include:
– the name of the chosen workshop,
– the selected date and time,
– and the numbered gift voucher they received as a gift.
The gift voucher cannot be redeemed through the website, which means it cannot be used as a payment method when purchasing a workshop online.
💸 What happens if the value of the voucher is higher than the price of the chosen workshop?
If the value of the gift voucher is higher than the fee of the workshop for which it is redeemed, the remaining balance will be credited.
The credited amount can be used within one year from the original purchase date of the voucher for any of our workshops or for purchasing objects in our Showroom.
