At Manzárd Workshop, this is exactly what we offer.
Here, teams can work with clay, hand-building techniques, special forms, colours, patterns and stories. They enter a creative space where no one has to “be an artist”, no one has to know how to draw, and no preparation is needed in advance. It is enough to arrive, slow down, and let the shared act of creation do its own quiet magic.
The result is not only an object, but a shared memory that remains in tangible form.

In our workshop, every guest is supported with kind, attentive, caring, open, cheerful, smiling — and, last but not least, professionally trained — guidance from artists with university-level art education.
This means that no one is left alone with the clay, the forms, the ideas or their uncertainties. We help with getting started, shaping the object, understanding the technical details, decorating, and making sure that everyone can create something they truly enjoy.
The goal is not for every object to look the same.
The goal is for everyone to create something personal, lovable, usable, and worth looking at even after the shared experience has gently turned into a memory.

Our team-building options
1. Joining one of our announced workshops
If you and your team would like to take part in one of our already announced programmes, you can choose the theme, date and time slot that suits you best from the current workshops listed on our website:
For each programme, we always display the price of the given workshop, so in this case there are no separate organisational fees or hidden costs.
Participation naturally depends on how many guests have already booked for the chosen date, and approximately how many more people we can comfortably accommodate.
Once you have selected the programme you like, we will be happy to provide exact information about the currently available places.
2. Private team-building workshop
If you would like the occasion to be truly yours only, it is also possible to arrange a private time slot.
This is an ideal choice if the team would like to create independently from others, in a calmer, more intimate creative space reserved exclusively for them.
In this case, the workshop theme can also be selected from the programmes listed on our website, and the prices are based on the announced workshop prices.
For a private workshop, we charge a one-time Premium Attention Package fee, which includes personalised scheduling, a more exclusive presence, and a workshop experience tailored to your team.

3. Custom-themed team-building programme
If your team has something truly special in mind that is not currently listed on our website, this is also possible.
It could be a jointly created gift for a retiring colleague, a symbolic team object, a shared dinnerware set, a set of interlocking ceramic office tiles, or any more personal creative concept connected to the company and the team.
Hand-building with clay offers almost endless possibilities: you can shape, leave marks, tell stories, work with humour, create shared symbols, or even make objects that later become part of the everyday life of the office, the communal space or an important colleague.
For a custom theme, the programme fee is calculated individually, based on the chosen concept, the number of participants, the duration and the necessary preparation.
What does the price include?
The price of the announced workshops includes the use of the workshop and tools, professional guidance, high-fire clay, as well as the basic transparent glaze and basic glazing.
Depending on the additional services selected during email or phone consultation, it is also possible to create extra objects, use beautiful high-fire paints, or choose coloured glazes, effect glazes or extra glazes.
The finished pieces go through two firings in the workshop.
This means that at the end of the process, team members will be able to receive fully finished, complete ceramic objects that require no further work.
We do not give you a half-finished memory.
We give you a real, usable, fully completed creative process.
Important information about the objects that can be made
Within the chosen workshop theme, it is only possible to create the object or objects that belong to that theme, in the defined quantity.
This applies regardless of the amount of clay provided: any additional object beyond the chosen theme is subject to an extra fee.
The same applies if a participant would like to paint or decorate their object to a greater extent than the quantity defined by the workshop leader. In such cases, an additional fee may apply due to the extra use of materials and post-processing work.
This is important because we would like the programme to remain transparent, fair and comfortably manageable for every participant — while ensuring that the final result is truly beautiful, durable and lovable as a ceramic object.
When will the pieces be ready?
The ceramics made during the workshop are usually ready in approximately 4–6 weeks.
During this time, the pieces dry, go through the first firing, receive the selected glaze, and then become finished, usable ceramic objects during the second firing.
Participants will be notified by email about the exact pick-up time.
Hospitality and comfort elements
At Manzárd Workshop, we would like the team-building experience to be more than just creation — we would like it to be a truly pleasant time spent together.
That is why our team-building programme packages always include a thoughtful basic hospitality package: during the cooler autumn and winter months, each participant can enjoy one hot drink, while in the spring and summer season we welcome guests with refreshing lemonade.
We also prepare tasty snacks, so that alongside creating there is also time for conversation, pausing and sharing a few bites together.
Upon individual request, team members may also bring their own snacks or drinks. We provide the necessary tools for consuming them, so the occasion can be as comfortable, personal and relaxed as possible.
