How does it work?

Every time you take part in a Manzárd workshop,
we place a heart on your loyalty card as a sign of our appreciation.

It is worth collecting them, because every 5th heart means a free workshop for you.

This is our gift to you for creating with us regularly.

 

The rhythm of the gifts

At your 5th heart, you receive a MINI workshop as a gift.
MINI = a workshop held on weekdays

At your 10th heart, you receive an EXTRA workshop as a gift.
EXTRA = a workshop held on weekends

At your 15th heart, you receive another MINI workshop as a gift.

At your 20th heart, you receive an EXTRA workshop as a gift — and at the same time, you enter the GOLD level.

 

The GOLD Loyalty Card means a new rhythm

As a GOLD Loyalty Card holder:

you receive a 10% discount on all our workshops,
and from this point on, every 3rd heart brings you another free workshop.

 

The rhythm of gifts for GOLD Loyalty Card holders

At your 23rd heart, you receive a MINI workshop as a gift.
At your 26th heart, you receive an EXTRA workshop as a gift.
At your 29th heart, you receive a MINI workshop as a gift.
At your 32nd heart, you receive an EXTRA workshop as a gift.
At your 35th heart, you receive an EXTRA, PRIVATE, FULL-DAY WORKSHOP
and the 💎 PLATINUM Loyalty Card.

And this is the point where it is no longer about counting hearts — because you have already expressed your love for us many times, and we have expressed ours for you.

What matters now is that you have been with us for a long time.

❓ FAQ – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

BASIC PRINCIPLE

We created the Loyalty Card system for our returning guests, as a gesture of gratitude.

The purpose of the Loyalty Card is to reward recurring creativity and presence. For this reason, the system is personal, and it does not work based on the number of people or the amount paid at one time.

Each heart belongs to the person who actually took part in the workshop.

 

When do you receive your Loyalty Card?

You can request your Loyalty Card from us at your first workshop. At that time, we will record your details: your name and email address.

The next time you visit us — whether for another workshop or to pick up your finished piece — we will give you your Loyalty Card with your details, serial number, and current number of hearts.

 

How long is the Loyalty Card valid?

It has no expiry date.

 

Does a free workshop also give you a heart?

Yes — every occasion counts.

 

What is the difference between MINI and EXTRA workshops?

A MINI workshop is a shorter workshop held on weekdays.

An EXTRA workshop is a longer, more special workshop held on weekends, often including additional elements.

 

What happens if I lose my card?

No problem.

We will issue you a new one, and your status and the number of hearts you have collected up to that point will remain unchanged, as we also keep a digital record.

Your new card will receive a new serial number, and the serial number of the lost card will be withdrawn from circulation in order to prevent misuse.

 

Is the Loyalty Card transferable?

No.

Every Loyalty Card is personal, issued by name, and has its own serial number.

 

Can hearts be combined between several participants?

No.

Hearts are personal and belong to the guest who took part in the workshop.

They cannot be combined between friends, couples, families, or groups.

 

If I buy several places as a gift, will the hearts go onto my card?

No.

Hearts always belong to the person taking part in the workshop. Therefore, each participant collects hearts on their own Loyalty Card, regardless of who purchased the tickets.

 

If I buy workshop tickets for others as a gift, will the hearts go onto my card?

Hearts always belong to the guests who attend the workshop.

If you invite friends, they receive the hearts on their own Loyalty Cards — so you can collect towards your next free workshop together.

 

How does the Loyalty Card work when attending as a family?

If a parent attends a workshop with one or more children under the age of 14, one heart is added to the parent’s Loyalty Card for that occasion.

If both parents attend the workshop, then as adults, both parents receive one heart each on their own Loyalty Cards.

Hearts do not reward the number of participants, but the recurring occasions.

The parent receives 1 heart per occasion, regardless of whether they arrive with one or more children.

The purpose of the Loyalty Card is to reward regular return visits.

 

What does this mean in practice?

Mother and/or father + 1 child → 1 heart
Mother and/or father + 2 children → 1 heart
Mother and/or father + 3 children → 1 heart

 

What happens if we arrive with several children?

In this case, one heart is still given for that occasion.

If both parents attend the workshop, then as adults, both parents receive one heart each on their own Loyalty Cards.

The parent receives 1 heart per occasion, regardless of whether they arrive with one or more children.

The purpose of the Loyalty Card is to reward regular return visits.

 

What does this mean in practice?

Mother and/or father + 1 child → 1 heart
Mother and/or father + 2 children → 1 heart
Mother and/or father + 3 children → 1 heart

 

We attended a team-building event or came as part of a larger group of friends. Can we add the hearts together?

No.

On these occasions, every participant collects hearts on their own Loyalty Card.

Hearts cannot be transferred to someone else.

 

Can a Loyalty Card be given as a gift?

Yes.

You can request a personalised Loyalty Card from us for the person you would like to surprise with it.
